Fee Submission Rules
- Fees are to be paid in 4 installments.( Full 12 Months) – April, July, October & January.
- All fees must be paid by the 15th day of scheduled months. A fine will charged late payment of fees.
- Once paid, No fees will be refunded in any circumstances.
- Once paid, can also be completed at the time of admission or by 10th of March for existing students.
- Different modes of payment are: NEFT/ UPI/ RTGS/ CASH or CHEQUE (School fees counter).
- Winter uniform, House uniform, books and bags charges are not included in any of the fee structure. That will be charged separately.
- One time advance payment of fees can also be made for the whole session through Online Mode / Cheques / Cash / D.D./ Swapping. (In case of onetime payment of full year fee 10% discount will be felicitated)
- A late fine & for bounce payment of Rs. 300/- will be charged after the 20th of the concerned month through CASH at the fee counter.
- It is not mandatory for the school to send reminders & any notice for the payment of the fees.
- No refund of money is made during the session if, the candidates leave in between the session.
- In case of any refund or extra charges levied by the school, parent will kindly deal with the school under the aid and advice of Honorable Principal.
- Parents are instructed to take the computerized /manual receipt immediately on any kind of payment done in the recommended categories on their own responsibilities.
- Student, who avails of Bus / Van services, should inform the school office at-least one month in advance before leaving the facilities in the middle of the session.
- Bus/ Van charges will be charged for the entire 12 months as per route and distances.
